The following processes have been automated: recording and executing incoming orders, calculating piece-rate payments for workers. The product has been implemented into the working environment of the organisation, users have been trained, and retail equipment has been connected and set up in the retail sales outlet.

The software is intended to keep a list of contractors and account loan contracts issued by a lending agency. As part of the project a module for interaction with contractors has been also developed (CRM): tasks, calls, negotiations and other communications with a description of results achieved.
