EDISON introduces an updated version of its company website

 

As time passes, the visual design of any site becomes out-dated. This happens for several reasons: due to increases in internet bandwidth and the introduction of new technologies for building and enhancing the World Wide Web (such as HTML5, Flash and Facebook). Besides this, the outward appearance of a site can become over-familiar to its regular visitors and so lose its appeal. When the first EDISON Software Development Centre site was launched, its design seemed “fresh” to us and in accordance with what was going on at the time. However, at some point the concept behind the online resource became outdated. We believe that if the site is to attract visitors, it should be constantly updated and rejuvenated.

 

The redeveloped version of the site contains 2 brand new sections (“Reviews & Certificates” and “Media Coverage”) along with changes to the design concept, integration with social networks and additional information about company projects and services. Company logos and other visual elements of the corporate style have remained unchanged. EDISON’s blog has been supplemented with new articles, which cover the company’s activities. This updated content allows our present and future partners to stay abreast of important events connected with EDISON, to evaluate our level of expertise and find out what’s going on with us.
