Qt Modeling Language (QML) is a declarative markup language based on JavaScript, used in the development of user interfaces and application design for mobile apps relying on touch input. It was released in 2009 as part of the Qt Quick framework, which is maintained by the open collaboration Qt Project. Initially founded by Nokia, the Qt Project is now maintained by the Qt Company. QML documents describe a tree of objects, each of which is a collection of behavioural components and graphical blocks. Qt Quick supports C++ components which can extend QML elements.
FORA is the largest retail chain for digital household appliances and software in the Republic of Kazakhstan. We have developed ETT (“Employee Time Tracking”) to register the start and end of the working day for the company's numerous employees. The system logs all employee actions on the database. We were tasked with building a report card and a record of when employees clocked in and when they clocked out.
Medical checkups take several minutes. The system delivers a completely automated verdict on whether or not an employee can proceed to their work duties. Only workers who are not in a state of intoxication and who have no medical complications will be admitted to the worksite.
Errors found in the running of the Like TV video player for digital television and file-sharing network content were eliminated. The player interface was redesigned, and the TV program interface and server communication API were updated. An option for watching archival TV programmes and saving viewing history were implemented.
A daily schedule builder designating permitted and banned applications and sites. Web domains are blocked and the user is redirected to motivational quotes. Banned applications are blocked. Periodic breaks disable the computer to allow a change of scenery and eye rest. Adjustable protection settings can make it impossible to turn off FindFocus.
